Jon Goddard has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, capital markets and corporate development in energy investment banking and the midstream and upstream energy sectors.

Previously, Jon served as CEO and a director of Amromco Energy, a First Reserve portfolio company and the largest independent oil and gas producer in Romania. While there, Jon created an innovative and performance-driven culture that led to record drilling success while achieving significant cost savings. This success culminated in the sale of the company in 2018. Prior to Amromco, Jon spent 14 years in energy investment banking with Macquarie Capital and FBR, where he completed more than $4 billion in energy M&A, equity and debt transactions.
