Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, LLC announced it has made two significant promotions within its executive leadership team. Justin Johnson has been promoted to President from Chief Commercial Officer, and Tyler Mason has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer from Vice President of Commercial.

Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, LLC announced it has significantly expanded its crude oil midstream footprint in the Eagle Ford Shale as a result of an asset combination with Nuevo Midstream Dos (Nuevo). Ironwood II and Nuevo are both financially backed by EnCap Flatrock Midstream.

Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners today announced the formation of Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, LLC. The company is supported by an initial capital commitment of $400 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and management. Ironwood II is an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers working in shale plays across North America. Ironwood II is pursuing greenfield projects and acquisition opportunities, with a focus on opportunities in Texas.
